Illinois Medicaid's managed care effort stumbles
I think the State should scrap this nightmare, and simply focus on graft and fraud.
Forcing people into something that just isn't working, is never a good idea. Go back to what works, and improve on it. Or, we could always give the people of the State of Illinois, the same health care plan you get at our expense.
Next time, get some "Feedback" from the doctors, and hospitals. And as always, focus on waste, fraud, and abuse. You'd be surprised at the huge amounts of money you would really save.
