Shit! Well. you already know how this blog will go. There's no curfew for criminals over the age of 18, so these dick-heads hangout in the wee hours of the morning looking for someone they can shoot at. You can't declare an all out curfew because many decent people work at night and, the ACLU would go ape-shit. So what can you do? My answer, more cameras on the side streets and alleys. I say that because, the 1500 sure do appear in the wrong places at the wrong time.
