What more can one say? I know, if they were serious about reducing shootings, they would install more cameras on side streets and alleys. They would also pass legislation that gun buyers be finger-printed and pass universal background checks. Oh, they could also pass legislation making repeat gun offenders serve life prison sentences. At the very least, it's a start.
