The second link pretty much hits the nail on the head. There's no decent paying jobs in these neighborhoods. NONE. That's why you see drugs flowing. That's why you see the violent turf wars. These idiots are fighting over something they will never own. Once you fix the economic disparity in these neighborhoods, the number will go down. Until then, you will keep seeing these headlines of death and injuries.
