As predicted, with a heavy police presence in other areas the roaches reappear in other places. These roaches know their days are numbered because police picked off a number of them over the holiday weekend, along with their illegally obtained firearms and drugs. But, here's the rub. Now that they have some of these roaches in custody, the onus falls on the prosecutors on not letting these repeat offenders back on our streets. We'll wait and see.
