This sad sack of shit had no business being on the streets of any city on this earth. After his first arrest, he never attempted getting his shit together. He just went right back at a life of crime and stupidity. He's a convicted felon yet he got his hands on more than one gun during his criminal career. And what was his reward? Early release or probation. Hell, he was even sentenced to 16 years and still got out early. How in the hell was he even allowed getting his hands on body armor? The criminal justice system is beyond broken. It's fucking shattered into pieces. Now a cop is dead because of it. The door doesn't revolve anymore, these criminals just keep trampling right over its shattered remains.
