These fucking idiots can't stop. History always repeats itself because there are too many idiots on this earth that fail from learning from it. Drive by shootings were a thing of the past. It's back. Carjackings were a thing of the past. It's back. Gang warfare has never left us since the Stone Age. The simplest explanation you can only offer is, these are idiots that never learn from history.
