Yeah, whatever happened with that? Over two decades of you will see foot patrols that never happened. Now, here we go again. Well, I guess the only thing one can do is watch and wait. Just imagine the arrest rate if they did just walk up and down the street? Those mini-terrorist would scatter. I wonder why they never got behind such a proven program? Oh well.
