This is what racist policies do. Why would this super-douche give children of color any equal educational opportunity? It would destroy their supremacy theory. When children are given equal opportunity and access in education it makes this state and country stronger. If you deny children educational opportunity, the end result is larger prison populations. We all know this. Even this super douche governor. That's why we see through this racist policy.
