Don't be surprised if that body count doubles, or triples today being Saturday. With these insane shootings, it's as if there are no police on the streets. We know police have a documented gang list, but their hands are tied because no mayor or governor will declare what these gangs truly are; terrorist organizations.
Right now as I'm typing this, they (terrorist) are plotting drug buys and sales, and the murder of rivals. That's what these terrorist organizations do. As I've stated before, each state has its own version of The Patriot Act on their books. Yet, they never enforce it. A couple of foundations are giving away a million bucks if somebody can fix, and stop this insane violence on our streets. Well, look no further. Each state has its own version of The Patriot Act. This tool helps the feds fight terrorism, why not the states? After-all, these "gangs" are no different from any other terrorist organization.
