What else can one say? They will not stop until our lawmakers get serious about this problem. We keep hearing this foot patrol mantra yet, it hasn't materialized in these affected neighborhoods.
We all know the majority of these dumb-fucks carrying these guns have felony records. Why are they back on our streets? That's a simple answer. Our sentencing guidelines are out of date. It's time we, and our lawmakers address this issue.
