We all know these seriously illiterate legislators, and judges don't comprehend the Second Amendment. "A well regulated militia..." passes over their feeble minds. Universal background checks keep criminals, and the mentally challenged away form obtaining firearms, but the NRA blocks such legislation from happening. For that reason alone, felons and the mentally challenged keep obtaining firearms.
So there you have it folks. It isn't just a city problem, it's nation wide.
