It's obvious these egg-heads don't read my postings. Also, it's a damn shame politicians are so stupid, these folks have to offer bucks for this problem. Anyone with a brain will just tell you, look at the policies that have been put in-place for decades.

The separation of the father figure for qualifying for low income housing must end. This problem alone denied youth discipline and structure. The nations engineered decline from a manufacturing powerhouse, towards a consumer society decimated employment opportunities in urban cities. The so-called mysterious flood of crack cocaine into urban areas. The attack on public education, and public sector employment. And lastly, the incarceration rate of people of color.

All these failed policies has a price. Wages did not adjust from the transformation of manufacturing towards consumption, simply because of the lobbyist in the retail industry. Public sector employment raised the educational requirements for certain positions curtailing the influx of minorities. The long standing policy of "separate and never equal" was in full effect.

Naturally, education and jobs are the key. Yet one simple tweak of law can influence a falling crime rate, and a massive influx of revenue in creating better educational and employment opportunities. That my fellow readers is the legalization of marijuana. This plant should be treated the same as booze, with the same regulations and laws. If you can't come too your job drunk, it's best not doing so high either. Incarceration rates will fall. These outdated policies in-place for decades must end.
