I take it he doesn't understand the ones making the "Money" will be small business owners, and the cities and state raking in the tax revenue? Which by the way, never gave a shit about "The Individual". That fucking brain fart must have hurt real bad. So what "Crime" is he speaking of? Burglaries? Robbers waiting outside Pot Shops? Or dumb-ass adults buying for minors? Gee Whiz McCarthy, smoking a cigarette in a public place is a crime. How "Concerned" are you about that? And guess what? Business, gas stations, and stand alone tobacco shops still sell them legally, and that shit is more dangerous then pot.
It's better then shooting up the streets for something that's less dangerous then booze or smokes. Which by the way are legal. Sorry McCarthy, your brain fart is a "Bad Idea".
