One would think with permit parking, such an act would become a thing of the past. Obviously not. Now we have a total douche running around stealing snow shoveling folks chairs, crates, kids toys, and selling them. Talk about petty blackmail.
And speaking of blackmail, hey Mayor! How about those side streets? Nary a grain of salt for the masses?
