Jesus. I can't believe how stupid some of these people truly are.
Every chance they get to do something right, they fuck it up. Remember the hand gun ban that lasted 20 years until someone finally woke up and said, hey this is unconstitutional? Here we go again.
If you want some say in how, and where this can be dispensed, look no further then the chain of drug stores all over the state. But no, you told them they can't sell it. Fucking idiots. These drug store chains have this thing called distribution centers. They can buy a slice of farm land, grow the shit themselves, under state and federal regulations of course, and ship it directly to their distribution centers. Once there, it can then be shipped out to their respective stores with pharmacies. How many of them are near "schools and residential areas"?
Truly, truly stupid these people are.
