First it was Daley Jr., now this guy. Doesn't anyone working in the "Law Department" understand constitutional law? Twice now we have democratic administrations passing unconstitutional legislation like they were republicans.
Constitutional regulations will fix your so-called "gun problem". Adding to that, you stop consumers from going into the suburbs, and out of state, where republican run places, could give a rats ass about the people's safety. It cuts into the straw buyer, and the open air markets. Just make damn sure you link background checks with all law enforcement agencies in this state.
Just remember, unlike your republican counterparts, with their unconstitutional anti abortion bills, don't "Ban" a constitutional law, regulate it.
