2. Position: Building Controls Technician

Description: Under minimal supervision, conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning and general servicing of systems (including detailed troubleshooting of systems). Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on site, customer interface. Mentor control technicians, service technicians and mechanical technicians on building automation activities. Properly complete required project and service documentation.

Description: Responsible for performing intermediate level troubleshooting on electrical / mechanical equipment and building control systems. Will also develop and maintain project work plans, estimates, and schedules for small to large projects and/or multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements: Any technical rate/MOS (electronic, electrical, or mechanical) and good people/communication skills.
Compensation: $55-60K

Description: Will provide installation, commissioning and service of combustion and thermal oxidizer equipment. Call on industrial companies either to install new combustion equipment or to maintain existing equipment in compliance with stringent EPA guidelines. This is home office-based opportunity. The position requires a high level of maturity and the ability to work independently. Duties will include: Installing and repairing combustion and thermal oxidizer equipment; Training customer’s employees on equipment maintenance; Performing trial runs on equipment to ensure performance and quality; Developing and maintaining customer relationships; Selling parts and service, as needed.

Description: Inspect, operate, and maintain all wells and related oil and gas treatment equipment daily. Monitor production and sales of oil and gas. Input daily production numbers into reporting program. Generate daily and monthly gauge sheets and transmit to office for compilation. Complete monthly testing of all equipment Safety Devices. Communicate equipment problems, well problems, and production variances to supervisor. Generate, create, and close work orders. Troubleshoot process problems and make minor mechanical repairs to keep processing units on line.

Description: Perform layout, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment and electrical systems in a manufacturing facility.

Description: Performing pump maintenance for oil well pumps.

5. Position: Assistant Shop Supervisor
Location: Fremont, CA
Description: Assist the Shop Superintendent in planning, organizing, scheduling and overseeing shop work and manpower requirements as directed. Supervise, direct and support shop personnel. Determine material requirements for projects and request materials as required in order to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within schedule.

Requirements: E-7 or above with an Engineering or Maintenance MOS/rate. Ideally will have knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, instrumentation, controls, piping and welding in industrial steam and power plant operations. 9. Position: Field Service Engineer
Location: Anaheim, CA
Description: Provide a variety of high-level comprehensive engineering services to customers in the field. Will be required to work on high-powered electronic equipment in an industrial environment, aboard ships, as well as commercial facilities. Will be required to perform emergency and scheduled maintenance and assist in the removal and installation of customer equipment. May be required to troubleshoot equipment down to component board level. Must be able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams and installation drawings.

  • Create lesson plans that will form partnerships with Class I, Regional and Short Line railroads and support these customer training efforts.
