This is what is called targeted shootings and should be charged as such. With that being said, if we had a national domestic terrorism law on the books states would be able to charge these assholes as domestic terrorist. The bottom line is this, once these fuck-nuts know they can and will be charged as domestic terrorist, these targeted shootings will drop because of the longer prison sentences. I'm out.
