Convince me that these are not targeted shootings. You can't. If we have a nationwide domestic terrorism law on the books all these scumbags would be locked up for life. All these victims were targeted. There's nothing random with these shootings. An asshole used a gun and targeted these victims. Lock them up as domestic terrorist for life. I'm out.
