Meanwhile, our politicians and prosecutors continue ignoring the fact that all these shootings are planned attacks. That's what terrorist do. They all have a marking/tattoo designating their gang/terrorist affiliation. Local law enforcement across the nation has a list of each and every member. Many of them are repeat offenders. Yet, not that many when caught are charged under the new repeat offender guidelines? But I digress. They plan their attacks. They launder money via drug sales. What is so difficult about transferring them on to the terrorist watch list?
