Here we go again. The numbers are down a bit, hopefully that will continue. But, we still don't have our politicians and prosecutors calling for those on a documented gang members list to be transferred on to the terrorist watch list. Everyone with a brain knows all of these shootings are planned attacks. Nothing is random here. They are all premeditated, planned attacks. Designating them as terrorist will ensure a much longer prison sentence and a sense of safety on our streets across the nation.
