Yeah, that happened yesterday. In the meantime, our politicians and prosecutors are still not helping police by not moving these fuckers on to the terrorist watch list. A "documented gang member" is nothing but a fucking terrorist. You know why? It's because they have a criminal record. They have attempted murder, murder, weapons violations, and money laundering just to name a few. Just the stigma of being classified as a terrorist will cut down crime. Also, there's nothing unconstitutional about making such a move. They already are documented gang members known to law enforcement on the local, state, and federal level. What are you waiting for?
