Yeah, that happened and shootings were still holding at 50%. On the bright side as the second link points out, other crimes are down. I find that a little out of touch with the recent rash of assholes shooting people with paint-balls last month. Meanwhile, there's still no movement from our politicians and prosecutors about moving everyone on the documented gang members list on to the terrorist watch list. Are you still wondering why?
