It could have been much worse. In the meantime, our politicians and prosecutors still haven't come up with a plan that can and should reduce these horrifying even lower. They are just simply relying on law enforcement to do all the dirty work, instead of helping them out by designating these monsters as domestic terrorist. I keep saying, if they slap that designation on them it will reduce their incentive of committing terrorist attacks. A life in prison sentence would make a terrorist think twice.
