Well there it is, more premeditated murder from our very own domestic terrorist. I just don't get why they are not charged as such? Every shooting these wretched pukes commit are planned attacks. The current laws on the books should evolve and make charging them with premeditation and domestic terrorism. Doing such, would carry a much longer prison sentence. I just don't understand why lawmakers, and prosecutors are not demanding such a change?

These are never random shootings. These minions of death seek out rival gang members. That's the very definition or premeditation. I really wish the police, prosecutors, and politicians stand up and demand a change with the criminal code. These are all premeditated, domestic terrorist attacks.
