I'll say it again. There's less people on the street, not cops. So how are these terrorist still getting away with this mayhem? There's several answers, even conspiratorial ones. But, that really doesn't matter. What matters is how they keep doing it when there's less people on the street? People violating the stay at home order are told to disburse. They do, only returning at another location. They wait for nightfall and target rival gang members. And so the cycle repeats because they keep violating the stay at home orders so they can continue their terrorist activities. You elected officials should change the current laws on the books and charge these fucks as terrorist. Stay safe, and stay home sane people.
