When asked about all the shootings the new top cop basically said "it's like drinking from a fire hydrant." I agree. It's insane. One thing he also knows is the cause. Drugs and gang rivalries. I said in yesterday's post that these terrorist know one another. That's how they target the assassination attempts. They also don't give a shit if innocent bystanders get caught in the crossfire. I think charging them as terrorist is a good idea.
