Shit! I could just copy and paste yesterday's post. How many times must I inform our prosecutors that these are planned, not random attacks? They are premeditated solely based on the fact these terrorist target rival gang members. There's your premeditation charge along with murder and attempted murder. And let's not forget, unlawful use of a unregistered weapon and repeat offender. Why are you not slapping all those charges on them when caught and brought before a judge? You know they are documented gang members. You know they are repeat offenders. You know the weapons used are not registered. Change the sentencing guidelines and the current laws on the books, and lock these terrorist up for life. That is the only way you will slow this bullshit down. They will continue their murderous ways until they realize the shit is going to get serious. Charge them as terrorist and lock them up for the rest of their no-good lives.
