Yeah I know, these numbers are indeed horrifying when you see them every fucking day. But what you need to do, is look at where they are happening. Once you do that ask yourself, why are they always a few blocks from one another and where's the police? Why are those particular blocks not saturated with police? Why do police have a documented gang members list and data on who's next for a bullet? When that ATF agent got shot in another neighborhood, shooting stopped when that area had a flood of law enforcement. Once the criminal was caught, shooting picked right back up. Are you still wondering why?
