Correction, he's dead. What parent allows a 14 year old out on the streets at 3 in the morning? That parent should also be charged. Yes, I said it. I don't care if the kid was a runaway. That parent/s should have called police when they discovered the kid was out of the house. Now he's dead because of poor parenting. So yes, they should be charged with at the very least neglect or involuntary manslaughter, because this may have been a preventable death. I know I may catch some shit for my comments but, the kid was out after curfew. So who do you blame? And don't forget, other people were also wounded yesterday as our politicians continue doing nothing.
