Too soon? It's good news that the numbers are dropping in that neighborhood on the second link. There can be several causes for the decline. But, planning on such an announcement with two shootings in the neighborhood yesterday, isn't such a good idea. This is the kind of action that makes residents skeptical. Yet, in the meantime, it's business as usual in the other neighborhoods, as the terrorist continue their war for turf, and our politicians and clergy turn a blind eye. Still wondering why?
