One just wonders what will it take in order for people to get this shit under control. There's no logic behind it. It's just simple blood lust with no regard for human life. If you held the parents of these idiots responsible, you'd see a different outcome. Many would stop dead in their tracks. The GOP screams about personal responsibility. Well, put that mantra into law. Hold the parents responsible. They brought them into this world, so hold them responsible. Just a thought. Let's see if it happens.
