I keep telling you that you shouldn't. If you live in a city, just look around. Nothing but retail and office jobs. If you want a decent paying job in a city, you must obtain a degree. Yet, here's the rub. Once you obtain that degree, the finish line gets push further, and further away due to racist policies. Translation. Years ago all one needed was a high school diploma for a career in law enforcement. Once minorities began applying in record numbers, the racist viewed that as a threat and said college. Still don't believe? We like clean air and water. Corporations don't. So they packed their bags and shipped off overseas and Mexico. What did we get left with? Distribution centers in the suburbs.
