Obviously last years plan didn't work out so well. Meaning, damn near 800 victims. So, one must wonder what the new plan shall encompass? Let me guess. Make the officers do foot patrols and interact more with afflicted communities? I doubt that. I'm sure the police union boss will scream about that, since that bigot believes his officers are not obligated "to serve and protect" as they are sworn. We also know for a fact, our lazy, afraid of the NRA politicians, will continue ignoring the carnage along with certain members of the theological institutions.
