Well, like I've always stated you shouldn't when every legislative solution is right in your elected, spineless, politicians face. States like Indiana is the largest source of guns flowing into cities like Chicago because they have less restrictive access. So naturally, gang members select brain-dead straw buyers into traveling to states like Indiana and purchase guns. We can't sue Indiana. We can't sue gun makers. Congress stands in our way. So, stop wondering why.
