Once again, it's business as usual with politicians and clergy across the nation as the carnage continues. Yet, what caught my eye is the second link above. A "documented gang leader" only received "22 years...", only proves the sentencing guidelines are all fucked up.
This is a known criminal and should have been charged under the RICO act. Whoever prosecuted this case should be ashamed. 22 years is the best you can do for a known gang leader? How many guns did he sell? How much coke? Is he a first time offender? Don't make me laugh. Fix the sentencing guidelines and charge these repeat offenders under the RICO and Patriot Act.
