One more time. Damn! What is up with the blood-lust? I've said it once, and I'll say it again. It's true the city/state has strict gun laws. But, when you can just go across the border surrounding Illinois, getting a gun is a cake-walk for the infamous straw buyer. You very seldom hear about them getting arrested because, they buy and sell the guns and then report them stolen. It's a revoling door with these creeps as kids and adults die or get maimed for life.
