I do hope they investigate how that dirt-ball obtained that weapon and charge him accordingly. I noticed the article didn't say if he had a valid gun card. If he doesn't, felony charges should apply. Yet, the saddest part about this story, this would have been a private sale legally, or illegally. Hence, no background check. That is the law that should, and desperately needs fixing.
Are you hearing me politicians? Fix the law regarding private sales.
