When you see stories like this, you think aloud where are the police? When you walk past any district headquarters and see patrol car after patrol car parked, you think aloud, what are they doing inside? Whatever happened with that walking a beat program?
They say "a picture is worth a thousand words", yet if I dare take one of a district headquarters with parked patrol cars, I might get falsely charged, beaten or shot. Maybe then, I'll finally know what they are doing, and where they are.
