Six cops break a young mans spine and can't figure out why the man can't walk. Or how about the second cop on the scene when another man was shot in the back multiple times, and the cop watches the shooter plant evidence? If you want citizens help in catching criminals, start turning in your own.
You can listen all you want, doing something about bad cops is a totally different thing. You can start by making good cops turn in the bad ones. You can start by suspending those caught on film violating citizens rights without pay. You can also tell mayors and governors to quit the tax cuts for corporations, and fully fund social services. It really doesn't matter who the top cop is. Generation after generation have been telling all of you the same thing over and over. Stop covering each others ass and do your job.
