So much for that "report" the police department released. I've stated a thousand times, they will not stop until our lawmakers get serious about reforming the criminal justice system.
The strange thing about all this, I haven't seen a judge anywhere hold a press conference putting the blame on lawmakers for tying their hands with these insane sentencing guidelines. What is the rational for allowing an ex-con back on the streets when caught with an illegally obtained firearm? How many judges smacked their foreheads when they realized after watching a newscast, they let an ex-con out that killed innocents? Why are they throwing people with mental health issues in jail or prison, and not a mental health institute?
They will not stop until our lawmakers get serious about reforming the criminal justice system.
