Our criminal justice system doesn't care from who, or how a ex-convict gets their hands on illegally obtained firearms. So no follow up will be done in that area. There's another story about an ex-con getting his hands on a firearm illegally. This bag of crap killed his victim. He'll be back on the streets also.
