Even frigid weather doesn't stop these dickheads from their carnage. Enough said? Well maybe not. Our elected legislature still refuses getting off their collective asses and doing anything about this problem. A simple tweak of the sentencing guidelines should do the trick. Yet these spineless cowards can't mustard the courage in bringing this up for a vote or discussion. Yet, here we are with the "highest paid legislature in the nation". WTF?
