The gang war for drug turf continues. You know when things have completely gotten out of control, when kids 16 and younger are gunned down on an almost daily basis. Here's something else I've noticed. Not one minority elected official has called a press conference and introduced legislation dealing with this senseless violence.
That, tells me a lot.
