Boy that is odd. I've been here since 1991 and it's been relatively quiet. Yes there's the idiots without jobs selling "loose cigarettes", and the slimy drug dealing on certain blocks. Hell, they even upgraded with mobile drug sales where the ass-clown does deliveries. I can think of a couple of spots where violence is out of control, most of which is east and north of Central Avenue. Monroe Street, and Washington Boulevard come too mind. I always see cop cars streaming towards Washington.
Yet, all in all, the park is a cool place.
