Don't worry citizens, sooner or later they will all be caught. Let's just hope the prosecutors and judges stop handing out slaps on the wrist. Maybe that's the only way to send a message.
I know their hands are tied with the shitty sentencing laws currently on the books. Yet, all they have to do, is push for the maximum from the current law. Who knows, maybe that will send a message.
