I take it he doesn't realize the so called "Cost of Living" mechanics? It doesn't take in the very serious accounting of utilities, and of all things, FOOD! Wouldn't you love a peek at his heating and electric bill since December? Hell, I'd love for this political ignoramus to explain that to someone that's long term unemployed. Or better yet, people on fixed incomes.
