So what will the utility do with the money it's getting? Will they re-train the workers they plan on dumping? My guess, is a resounding no.
Here's what will happen since they may have paid off members sitting on this "ICC". Service will still suck. They will not improve anything but their own wallets.
And if it is so "safe", why haven't any of them (those on the ICC and the utility), had such meters installed on their own property for health, and reliability testing? My guess is a resounding no.
