In all honesty, this is a classic case of parents not putting the hammer down on their kids.
15, 16, and 17. One dead, the others are now guaranteed a horrible life of prison. You know the 15 year old will be tried as an adult. And for what? No parental guidance, and discipline.
One could go on a serious rant on the real reason behind such parental failures. But, we all know the history behind the policies enacted that disrupted families of color, and made monsters of this ilk. Yet, this doesn't excuse those that raise these kids in such environments. Parents, you must put the hammer down, so kids don't do this ever again.
